Kotor and Tivat have the most restaurants in Montenegro. There are so many choices that it's hard to choose only few. We rounded up here the best ones we've been to and one we unfortunately didn't get to try.

Our favourite restaurant in Kotor. Delicious and fresh seafood and amazing atmosphere. A little bit more on a price compared to other local restaurants but totally worth it!

Konoba Scala Santa, Kotor

Local, fresh BBQ where you can choose your own cut and it is cooked right before you. Super popular with locals and prices are a bargain for what you get. Must visit when in Kotor

BBQ Tanjga, Kotor

Tivat is quite expensive, however there are few good places that will not make you break the bank. Il Pescatore is your best choice. We had tuna burger and it was delicious.

We absolutely loved this place. Traditional dishes here are amazing, the service is incredible and the prices are more affordable than on the coast.

We added this restaurant to our list as the locations is one of the kind. Food is good and worth it when you factor the views you get from here.

Charming and cosy place in Old Town Budva. It serves great burgers and steaks at reasonable prices. Don't miss this gem of a restaurant.

One of the best restaurants with the best views in the area. Olive is by the beach with view over the famous island. Prices are of a more expensive side here but worth stopping here for a quick snack and coffee.
