Pretty good book with lots of different types of magic tricks for kid beginners. More of a narrative teaching style.

This book has videos! A great book for kids who like to build things. Lots of large and small tricks.

Some unique tricks in this beginner magic book for kids.
How to Fool Your Parents: 25 Brain-Breaking Magic Tricks|Paperback
A great beginner book with lots of helpful illustrations. It also includes biographies of famous historical magicians.
School of Magic: More Than 50 Mind-Blowing Magic Tricks
This book was published in the 80s, but still has some great tricks if your kid is just interested in cards.

Science and magic often overlap! This is a fun STEAM activity book.
