This is the best breast pump because it’s dual motor so you can adjust the setting for each side. One side might need stronger versus the other. This must be plugged into wall or car outlet.

If you prefer a manual pump then I highly recommend this one. Sometimes you can get more with a manual versus an electric.
Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump with Flex Shields
The Haakaa is great at catching milk when you are nursing on one side. Also great to use in shower if you are having issues with clogs.

You need a hands free pump! I really liked this one a lot. You can use your FSA funds to purchase.
