Pizza
By far my favorite frozen pizza! I haven’t seen them at my typical grocery store but I have found them at Whole Foods.
Blackbird Foods
Although I am not a fan of vegan cheese, somehow manage to demolish this pizza. The cheese has a great texture and flavor and I like to add some of my own pepperoni or sausage. Also easy to find in most grocery stores.
Dairy-Free Meatless Supreme Pizza - Daiya Foods
Another great option that is easy to find in stores. I’ll add my own sausage or pepperoni to this to get my pizza fix.
Vegan Supreme Pizza
Lunch for Work
Quick, delicious, and nutritious. Pop it in the microwave, add some soy sauce and spicy mayo and you’re in for a treat!
Kimbap - Trader Joe's
Spicy and absolutely scrumptious. The protein, carbs, and veggies keep me full until dinner. Clears the sinuses too 😉
Trader Joe's Vegan Thai Green Curry
When I went dairy free I really missed tikka masala. Thi frozen meal is delicious and keeps me full while satisfying my craving.
Trader Joe's Vegan Tikka Masala
I grab this when I’m not overly hungry. Could do with more chicken but still tastes great.
Teriyaki Chicken Bowl | Trader Joe's
When you’re feeling nostalgic but can no longer eat cheese this scratches the itch for some boxed Mac and cheese. This is my go to for when I’m feeling under the weather.
Annie's Vegan Macaroni & Cheddar
Sweet Treats
These are allergy free! I have yet to be disappointed by Abe’s. My favorite are the chocolate chip muffins, they go quick.
Abe's Muffins
Ice cream sandwiches were my favorite before I became lactose intolerant. These hit the spot.
