What You’ll need At the Bedside
If you have a Tall Bed- the last thing you’ll want to do with a sore belly is climb up into bed. Get you a step stool.

If you can find a bassinet that lifts and raises to keep you from hunching over. Your back and abdomen will thank you.
You’ll need a little light in the night. But make sure it’s warm and not too bright as to not completely wake up baby.

I truly believe this is under reported. If you aren’t feeling well. Don’t be afraid to speak up.

Keep your scar clean and dry. No scrubbing it in shower with a loofah. Just let soap and water run over it gently.
It shouldn’t be oozing green or warm or red/swollen. Report all that to Dr asap.
