Better kitchen options
All things kitchen & cleaning the kitchen.
If you’re tired of tasting the chemicals from cascade, switch to blueland. Plastic and chemical free. We also tried seventh generation but this one cleaned up better.
Dishwasher Tablet
The easiest and most toxic reducing swap, laundry detergent!! This one still works on hard stains and hard water.
Laundry detergent
Swap out the dryer sheets for these wool dryer balls. Add essential oils if you’re looking to have a scent still. We have two huskies and these help with the hair too!
Wool Dryer Balls
We LOVE these. The most budget friendly and timeless look. We don’t have to worry about toxic fumes or scratched pans leaking microplastics into your food. Watch these around holidays, they go on pretty big sales. We got them for $129.
Stainless Steel Cookware
Quit buying .50 plates from target or Walmart. We swapped for Corelle. They’re light enough for my toddler to carry his plate full of food around. I love that we can add pieces as we need, other sets keep you limited.
Corelle Dinnerware
Please get rid of your air fryers 😭 ugh there’s so many harmful things!!! Change it for this, still has the same options + more. We’ve had ours for over a year and my husband who fought me at first now agrees it was a good investment.
Air Fryers
She’s spendy butttt it’s worth the investment in the long haul.
Cutting Board Set
She’s prettyyyy. Definitely an accent piece but can be used to serve food too.
18" x 12" Acacia Herringbone Cutting Board
Hygiene Low-Tox Swaps (adults & baby)
Always be away of what you’re putting on your body, so many harsh chemicals. Swap for these to avoid hormone disrupters, aluminum & more. 😢
My husband and I use these ones. Changed them out every couple of weeks like you would plastic ones. Soft bristles & no micro plastics.
Bamboo Toothbrush - Adult
If you’re looking to reduce plastics, your toothbrush is a great place to start. We love these bamboo ones for our toddler.
Bamboo Toothbrush (baby/toddler)
Fluoride free toothpaste! Plus this helps with remineralization and enamel strengthening. We’ve used it with our 3 year since we started brushing his teeth. Kid friendly so it’s safe to swallow 🪥
Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste
We used Sasquatch but since they sold out they’ve added bad ingredients. We use primarily pure and it holds up against my post partum sweats (if you know, you know). My hubby also uses this & he’s outside working 14+ hours. Keep that aluminum awa...
Organic Deodorants | Natural & Non-Toxic
Listen my hair is always a rats nest when I get out of the shower. Couple sprays of this and it’s so much easier 😅😅 I use it on my kiddos too, healthy minimum ingredients.
EveryDay Coconut Conditioning Detangler Spray
If you don’t know the amount of ingredients in your shampoo and conditioner.. take a look. 👀 This is low tox and actually keeps my hair shiny. I get my hair done twice a year, this is a must. 🫶🏼
EveryDay Coconut Shampoo - Purely Coconut 16 fl oz
The PFA’s that are in plastic razors PLUS the hormone disrupters that are in the strips 🤮 this is definitely an investment upfront but in the long run it saves you money!
