Honest to god this is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Period. Try the Cambodian elote cornbread.

Get an authentic taste of Oaxaca at this downtown Houston favorite. And order the mezcal margarita.

Johnny's Gold Brick
This tiny restaurant packs a big punch! All diners are seated around a U-shaped bar and order directly from the person making their rolls. The cocktail menu is excellent and the entire cocktail menu is ½ off during happy hour.

Y'all, Loro is so yum. I eat here all the time. Get the sesame noodles. And the chicken karage. And the frozen boozy Vietnamese coffee.
