I could eat a burger and fries every day! So it's a good thing these ones are fried in beef tallow rather than vegetable oils. Vegan options as well as gluten free options are available as well!
Wyld Child
I would eat here every day if I could. I don't know of another spot in Boise yet that serves Belgian Liege waffles. They have perfected sweet salty and savory.
Waffle Me Up
Another great burger spot. They serve different types of fry options. They also have vegan cheese and gluten free options.
Boise Fry Company
Another tallow fried fries burger joint! I hate seed oils and avoid them when possible. Tim’s fries are fantastic.

My favorite sushi. It’s fresh and made in front of you.
Ahi Sushi Bar
This place is so great! They make everything seed oil free which is amazing.
Aubergine Kitchen
This restaurant makes everything from scratch! (with the exception of the gluten free noodles). They have delicious mocktails and deserts. One of my favorites for a nice dinner out.
North Italia
For Idaho farm fresh this is the spot! They prioritize local ingredients making the food more nutritious and trustworthy.
Coyne's Restaurant & Bar

A Christian run quaint coffee shop. They grind in house and have bags you can buy in bulk. They have clean seed oil free snacks you won’t find elsewhere & backed goods as well 😇 love this place.
Disciples Coffee Roasters
This is the absolute coziest gummiest coffee shop. House made syrups, gluten and dairy free baked goods options, and high quality coffee. Ran by a mother and daughter (& their staff). One of my favorites.
Hidden Grounds Coffee
Take a walk on the green belt and stop in at push and pour. Another great coffee spot. There is also one located by Wyld Child.

The cutest vintage vibe here! The ice cream is yummy, they have shakes and a ton of cool candy.
Goody's Soda Fountain
After having a burger and fries at Wyld Child pop on over the The Stil for some ice cream!
The STIL
They have sheep’s milk ice cream for those who are lactose intolerant! I’ve tried it and you can’t tell the difference. They also have coffee for that after lunch pick me up.
Negranti Creamery + Coffee
I added this one because they have my favorite dairy free ice cream. It’s seriously delicious.
