My go-to places
Places that deserve SO MUCH recognition
AYCE sushi at its finest! Good quality and worth every penny. Never have been disappointed with any of their dishes.
Such a great AYCE sushi place, I’m a fiend for sushi but this is our go-to for a more classy night out! A few dollars more expensive than Ginza, but TOTALLY worth it! I love their escolar and smoked salmon!
Sushi Yama
I LOVE going out here. Green Lemon delivers a flavorful experience that’s both satisfying and fun. Don’t skip the cauliflower tacos—and definitely don’t leave without trying a margarita (or two).
Green Lemon
Raising Cane’s in Lutz delivers on its promise of quality chicken fingers in a straightforward setting. If you’re a fan of crispy chicken and crave a consistent, satisfying meal, this spot is worth checking out. Everything is warm when it is served a...
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers
Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, Mr. Dunderbak’s offers a warm, flavorful experience that celebrates German culinary traditions. From the hearty dishes to the extensive beer selection and inviting atmosphere, it’s a Tampa treasu...
Mr. Dunderbak's Restaurant and Brewery
My absolute favorite is the Yea Babe! Pizza. A unique twist on traditional pizza, featuring vodka sauce, Italian sausage, and mozzarella. The crust is dusted with garlic, adding an extra layer of flavor. So so sooooo yummy!
Johnny C's Italian Eatery
The menu offers a variety of dishes, from sushi to hearty entrées. Notable options include the Blackened Florida Grouper, served with seasonal vegetables and an orange-mustard sauce, and the Jumbo Lump Crab & Shrimp Linguini, praised for its bala...
Jackson's Bistro, Bar & Sushi
not AYCE, but has a great lunch special menu and is very affordable! They’re open quite late too!
Sake House (Amberly Dr)
Splendid waffles, all of their food options are so so so yummy. I cannot pick a favorite meal since literally everything is so good!
Graze 1910 Tampa Breakfast . Brunch . Bar
Their chicken and rice with the white sauce is SO good. Not a fan of the babaganoush, though. It was very bitter and didn’t mesh well with my taste.
Fire Up Halal Grill
Conveniently right next to Fire Up Halal Grill, they have amazing crepes. This is a great spot with MANY options if you have a sweet tooth.
HELLO SWEETNESS
Best place to go in the morning for a BIG coffee (or small) and a tasty bite to eat! I personally love their 32oz Raspberry Mocha iced coffee, 32oz Irish Creme and toasted vanilla iced coffee, and their Cuban stuffed croissant.
