I’ve been living in the Fairbanks area since November 2024 here are some places that I think are worth a visit!
When my husband and I first moved to Alaska this was the first restaurant we stopped at while exploring. It had so many options from sweet to savory, I for one am a fan of the Alaskan Breakfast Crepe
The Crepery
A cute little restaurant, has such good breakfast foods and on the way out you can check out their baked goods, literally has cinnamon rolls the size of your head!
Fun Fact: It was on an episode of Diners Drive ins and Dives! Even had a cool picture...
The Cookie Jar Restaurant
Nice little drive through coffee shop in North Pole. They offer so many options coffee, tea, breakfast foods and treats , sweaters and cups, and of course hot chocolate!
