Blackout curtains are a huge must have for sleep training, or just getting your little one to sleep in general. These will help reduce the sunlight from coming into the room when it's still bright out, but it's also bedtime.
This has helped my crazy little sleeper stay in his bed all night. If put on correctly, these babies will stay in place and will keep your child safely in their bed if they are wild sleepers like my little guy. haha
