not enough people are talking about Conkles Hollow! the Rim Trail has absolutely incredible views, but be aware of steep drop offs
East and West Rim Trail - Conkle's Hollow
don't skip Conckle's Hollow! the Gorge Trail takes you through the bottom of the Gorge and is absolutely GORGE-ous (get it?)
Conkle's Hollow Gorge Trail, Ohio
Fairly easy and short trail that takes you through the Devil's Bathtub and Old Man's Cave. Make sure to stop into the Welcome Center as well!
Upper Falls to Lower Falls - Hocking Hills State Park
Short but beautiful trail that takes you through a giant recessed cave area
Rock House Trail - Hocking Hills
Very short and easy trail but absolutely stunning cave formations! You'll be floored
Ash Cave Trail - Hocking Hills
favorite restaurants
a little Amish deli that KNOWS how to make a good sandwich (my fav is the BLT with pickles and red onion!!)
Weaver's Market And Deli
get the corn bread muffins!!!
Millstone Southern Smoked BBQ
They have great pizza and cheesesticks, and are super close to lots of cabins and the State Park. they also have a patio to eat on and a firewood stand in the parking lot next door!
Capt. Ron's Pirate Pizza
shopping / things to do
this is right next to Weaver's Deli, so grab yourself a sandwich and then go shopping!
Logan Antique Mall
the perfect place for a relaxing day of wine tasting and charcuterie boards!
