Charlie used to work at L'Oreal, which meant we had access to a ton of free & heavily discounted products from their brands like L'Oreal, CeraVe, Garnier, Kiehl's, etc. I tested everything I could get my hands on for a few years, and these are the products that made it into my regular rotation by the end. Just for reference, I have balanced skin (not overly dry or oily), I'm no longer acne prone, I'm pale with some redness, and my skin is a bit sensitive (historically some products have caused burning, redness, and I have a slight sun allergy). I'm a big fan of habit stacking, so you'll see things like red light therapy & lymphatic massage tools in here alongside traditional skincare - I do a lot of this stuff at the same time to make it sustainable. For body & foot care, everything in that section has been tested extensively because I can't physically or mentally stand dry skin. Some of these products I use daily, others I swap in & out depending on what my skin needs, but everything on this list has earned its spot and I can honestly recommend them.
