French Boulangerie - the fluffiest croissants, crunchy baguettes and lots of cakes, tarts and french classics. My personal favourite the canelle!! You will most likely have to wait in a queue - or place an order online and skip the queue to pick up.

Watch the bakers make their daily bread in this quaint little bakery in Dappermarkt. Delicious sourdough bread and pastries - sweet rolls, raisin buns and lots more.

I first ate this bread in a restaurant - and asked for a second serve. Crunchy on the outside and soft an zingy on the inside. They now also make a range of other pastries, including my fave canelle (which I haven't tried yet).
