I use all these books for poetry reflections in my journal. They all have a lot of meaning. Some are about self-love, and some are about struggling with mental illness, but they have all helped me a lot.

This book is very relatable if you struggle with mental illness. I use this book for reflections when the mental illness is really hitting and it always helps me work through some of those emotions
