I’d say both of these are, on a budget, good places.
Want it London centred? No problem, my recent stay. Very livable, street life is nice, little shop next to it so you can pop down in there if you need anything and you don’t have time to make a fast one to Tesco’s. Great place.

How to get to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London
This is the one I’ve gone with, make sure to locate the one you want from your location if you do decide to stay in London. Try not to book a bus that’s on the other side from where you are or you’ll have to get up EARLY.
