These are all the products I used to recover from a vaginal birth. I ended up having 2 small tears, so these items really helped with the healing process.
These are so much better then the hospital ice pads. They last longer and are more comfortable.

This is another must have. The hospital peri-bottles SUCK. You will need this to spray down your cooch after you pee

I only use this specific brand. I find these so much better than the Tucks brand. They pads are larger and they are more saturated which helps with the healing process
Birchwood A-E-R Medicated Witch Hazel Pads, 40ct
I personally didn’t mind the disposable underwear the hospital provided, but once I ran out, these were a lifesaver. They are so stretchy and comfy.
Frida Mom 8pc Postpartum Underwear
This is a non-negotiable MUST HAVE. You can spray this directly on your cooch before you pee to minimize pain. I also spray it onto my ice pads. It cools/numbs the area for relief. Don’t worry, it doesn’t burn.
