A Loving Life: In a World of Broken Relationships
Keller does an amazing job showing the prominence of justice, mercy, etc throughout the Bible! He also makes the case that we are best at showing mercy when we do so in response to the mercy God has shown us (and not guilt, etc)
Generous Justice - Timothy Keller
Short and to the point! Essentially a sermon-turned-book that insightfully demonstrates the gospel’s freeing alternative to the self-centeredness, pride, and low self-esteem of our time
The Freedom of Self Forgetfulness: Timothy Keller
John Mark Comer’s conversational style makes this book very accessible and his insights and ideas really pack a punch!
The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry: Stay Healthy
Andrew Murray’s beautiful, meditative, in-depth reflection on what it means to abide in Christ and how we can do so. There are 30 short chapters so I enjoyed reading it over the course of a month one time!

teaches readers how to respond to the Bible and follow Jesus as they read it! Has great examples at the end so you can see how to apply points he makes
