Here's what struck my fancy in Galveston! I'd love to hear your ideas, too!

I had the shrimp enchiladas and they were really good!
Tequila Rock Kitchen & Cantina
Probably my favorite and most memorable stop on The Strand! Such an adorable boutique and bubbly bar! The people were very friendly, too! Highly recommend!
Belle's Bubbly Bar and Boutique
If you love shopping, live music, eating on patios, and a casual vibe, this is the place! I spent a few hours here, perusing shops and picking up a few gifts😍
The Strand - Downtown Galveston, TX
Gorgeous, Art Deco, historic hotel that was established in 1911! If you love history and glam, this hotel is your hotel. The rooms are lovely and updated, but still with that classic early 1900's vibe. There's a bar, coffee shop, boutique, restaurant...
Grand Galvez Hotel
It's only $1 and I rode from The Strand back to the Grand Galvez Hotel in a very peaceful and elegant setting. The seats are wooden with wrought iron and it feels like riding on a train in another era.
Galveston Trolley
Large gift shop with outdoor seating to view the ocean. They have good frozen drinks and our bartender was very sweet! Within walking distance from the Grand Galvez hotel.
Murdochs
It was fun to sit on the upper balcony and look at the ocean. The food was tasty and some drinks come with a souvenir cup!
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
The historic seawall is a unique structure significant to Galveston and signifies the start of the shore to the ocean. Very walkable! Accessibility may be an issue at certain entry points, so check with the city on ADA-compliant access locations.
Seawall, Galveston, TX
Very delicious cream-filled donuts!
Shipley Do-Nuts (Galveston)
My husband enjoys this course but, if mosquitoes are the bane of your existence, bring your repellent of choice! Also bigger in Texas: mosquitoes!
Moody Gardens Golf Course
Cute gift shop on The Strand!
Belle Lees on the Strand
Get a custom coffee, then sit in the beautiful Grand Galvez lobby or on their rocking chairs on the porch!
