Snap Kitchen - Upper Kirby
100% gluten free bakery and cafe! They have a coffee bar, pastries, and meals. I love their fried chicken sandwich; it makes me feel like I can still enjoy my favorite foods. They just released a pan pizza and chicken nuggets, so they listen to custo...
Leven Bakery & Cafe
So far so good on cross contamination. They have great buns and the sides mostly are in a separate fryer!
Hopdoddy Burger Bar
Hidden gem!! It is close to HISD and has authentic food and culture. I had the barbacoa tacos with refried beans and rice and everything was delicious.
Cochinita & co.
Very specific note - they use caputo flour which is considered celiac safe but many people have a reaction possibly due to a wheat allergy or FODMAPs. Other than that, delicious!!
Via 313 Pizza
Another great find! Everything that is fried is gluten free! I finally had some fried pickles and chicken nuggets. I feel so much safer here than at different restaurants.
Hat Creek Burger Company
I was so surprised with the safety here! When I mentioned I had a gluten allergy, the worker immediately changed her gloves and helped by checking ingredients at every step of the process. I feel so comfortable here and for under $15!
Square Root Poké
So far so good! I haven’t been gluten and I’ve been able to have Pad C Ewe and other noodles again! They are very knowledgeable but only the in person menu is labeled
Thaicoon Restaurant & Pub - Katy, TX
This is a new one but I tried their pad thai and had no reaction! They have sushi options too as long as you avoid fried toppings
Thai Cuisine & Ramen King
What a great find!! A quaint cafe with delicious food and unique coffees, 100% gluten free. I always love being able to have delicious flavors without worrying about CC
