A great Italian restaurant in the River North area, near Navy Pier. They have great service, delicious food, and decent prices that rent expensive. Theres also a great wine list.
Quartino Ristorante
A Black-owned creole and Italian fusion restaurant with great service, and even better food and drinks. Very nice portions and great taste. Located in the Noble Square/West Town area.
Provaré
This place is soo good! Fresh and authentic flavors. The ceviche and flan were both the best I’ve had in Chicago yet. The maduros (Cuban plantains) with my entree were also really good. Highly recommend if you’re in the Logan Square area.
Café Con Leche
A very nice restaurant in West Loop. Plenty of seating inside and outside when it’s warm. Would highly recommend visiting for dinner as they have a full menu with unique options that are delicious and seasoned well.

A delicious Asian restaurant in Lake View East. They have a full menu of drinks and food to choose from, and their prices also aren’t too expensive. Their crab rangoons are one of the top I’ve had in Chicago yet
Bites Asian Kitchen + Bar
A classic Italian restaurant found in Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, and Wicker Park. Very large portions and rotating seasonal specials that are always worth a try. Also a very affordable spot for overall great food (+ wine) in the city.
The Pasta Bowl
A Black-owned spot in Pilsen with delicious!! soul food and large portions. They also have consistent deals throughout the week that are very much worth the visit (ex: $5 lamp chops)
