Cleansers are the foundation of any good skincare routine. They gently wash away the day (and your makeup and SPF!) without stripping, irritating, or drying out your skin. Instead of leaving your face feeling tight and uncomfortable, they remove dirt... This combo is my go-to, holy grail!

To prep skin for the retinol, use just one watery toner to balance pH without creating a thick film which might create a barrier that prevents the exosomes from penetrating effectively.

This is a brand new high-octane ampoule for me. Instead of my usual retinol, I am testing out a professional-grade formula that uses exosome technology to pull repair signals deeper into my pores.

After the retinol, it's time for a hydration sandwich with serums and hydrators. This layers moisture over the treatment, pushing it in further.

Tonight, the goal for a sheet mask is barrier support and calm. It's important to avoid any extra actives (like the niacinamide in my favorite Numbuzin No. 9 mask) and focus on flooding the skin with soothing agents.

Since this is a high-potency treatment night, a soothing barrier cream is necessary to help skin stay hydrated and calm during the first few weeks of using it.

On a night like tonight, the eye area needs calming hydration rather than more active treatment.
