Holy cow my absolute favorite. I've been going here to eat since I was a kid!! They're at risk for closing down the mall location, so enjoy it while you can!

There's multiple locations in the area! They have really great Chinese take out. I think the chicken fried rice is my fav!
Tsing Tsao West

Great sushi, they've got tv's for catching any games, and pho on Monday nights!!
Sakari Sushi Lounge
It's beautiful inside this restaurant! They've got a great selection of rolls and have really great and fun bento boxes!
Akebono 515
They have so many locations around the Des Moines area! So many menu options that aren't just sushi. The ramen is so good!
Wasabi Urbandale

SO CUTE! Lots of drink items (coffee, shakes, energy drinks) and have good sandwiches and ice cream!
Smokey Row Coffee
Not only do they have amazing bakery items, they have some great coffee to go with it!! And also yummy matcha if you're a fan (it's the best)

Barn Town Brewing
Their food menu is really solid! Tuna Tartare, fries, bruschetta, and martini's! And of course, so many options for which type of stuffed olives you want for your garnish.
The Stuffed Olive
A really cute and cozy environment. They have a pizza oven and so many yummy options! I think my favorite is #15 (spinach, goat cheese, honey, and red onion) YUM!
