Moving to St. Louis after living in Chicago was a toughie I’m not going to lie. Even though I enjoy the slow living here, i miss the food from home the most. But consider these recs big city girl approved.
Map
Best customer service in the city. From the decor to the names of the items on the menu, everything is perfectly put together, intentional and lowkey cheeky. I recommend going for sunrise happy hour from 7-9a before the brunch rush.
hatch'd STL
Finding A nail tech in stl after having the same one for five years back home has been one of the hardest thing about moving to a new city. About 20 minutes outside of Missouri is this nail bar. Its actually the most beautiful medspa with a ton more ...
EXO Nail Bar
My favorite bar in the city by far. The music is great, a blend of r&b and rap. The crowd is a bit older and more grounded. The atmosphere is moody and chill. Im 29 so my taste in nighttime outings has changed significantly over the past few year...
Brennan's - St. Louis
Sit at the bar. Order the catfish(I like the spicy) and a rum lemonade. You’ll be overly good. The place is intimate with retro decor and the playlist overhead was curated soulfully to match.
Grace Meat + Three
The cutest coffee shop ever. Even in the winter, the greenery makes you forget how cold it is outside.
Maypop Coffee & Garden Shop
They have a coffee flight. Lets start there. Im also obsessed with the swing seats at the bar. I use the term bar lightly as they actually don’t really sell alcohol outside of mimosas(i believe)
Latte Lounge + HG Eatery (@llhgstl)
Drive through or walk, but i bundled up for the night and walked. The energy was great. The horses were so cute. Definitely going back this year.
Candy Cane Lane
Saw the wiz here over the holidays.. the perfect most breathtaking theatre.
The Fabulous Fox
Came here for thanksgiving with a friend instead of traveling home and i had the best time i cant even lie. The food was top tier and the drinks were made strong.
The Tenderloin Room
Came here for galentines last year and had a group session. The candles scent fills the whole room when i lit it at home. Potency is important to me when it comes to candles. Tempted to go back and make a bedding spray for my sheets
The Candle Fusion Studio
A speakeasy underground behind a vaulted door. When walking past the only indicator you’ve arrived is a red light overhead. Theres no signs or windows. Its super moody inside and the drinks are unique and made strong
None of the Above
Monthly vintage markets with local sellers and rare finds. A must visit for thrifters
Drop Soda Vintage Clothing Market
Another one of those moody bars but this one is best for meeting up with friends after work for a debrief cocktail as opposed to on a Saturday night.
Bevo Caffe Lounge
This is one of the first things i did in St. Louis. There were food trucks and ppl brought chairs and blankets to sit out and work on their lantern. They gave out a lot of merch on arrival too.

When the weather is warm, go to Tower Grove on a Friday. There's a variety of food, vegan options and drinks too.
Food Truck Friday - Tower Grove Park
From laundry mats, to tattoo shops and barbershops, this social group in St. Louis brings chill parties to unique spaces.
The Kickback Club (@thekickbackclubusa)
All the food comes out as a flight. So if you order a burger, you get a row of three. There’s darts and other games here too. A lively atmosphere for sure.
Flight Club St. Louis
Boutiques, restaurants, the cutest creamery, a coca-cola museum, jewelry shops, crystal stores, holiday themed pop ups. You could spend a whole day here exploring.
