Great fantasy read and you will definitely put Xaden at the top of your book boyfriend list. I love Violet the main character she is strong but even in adversity she doesn’t come off as a women needing saving.
Fourth Wing (The Empyrean, #1) by Rebecca Yarros
What a great follow up to the first book, kept all the momentum of the first and then some. Honestly I just know this entire series will be a fantastic one.
Iron Flame (Standard Edition) - Yarros
A friend recommended this to me and it is a great psychological thriller on the idea of why serial killers are so liked.
Notes on an Execution: A Novel by Kukafka
As I prep for my black history month reads the bookseller at the Barnes and Noble recommended this book. It’s a historical story involving vampires centered on the versions told by old voodoo tales. It was a great read and a start to a series.
Immortal Dark Trilogy #1 - Tigest Girma
A very different feel to fantasy a great mix of learning to change perspective and all the magic one can imagine. Definitely for adult romance.
The Half King #1 - Melissa Landers
A great suspense and mysterious novel that ways the secrets of self with the secrets of others. They say it’s always the boyfriend but is it?

If you love ancestral magic, prophecy, and a great betrayal this book is for you! High levels of spicy 🌶️ so beware. First book of the series The Coven of Bones.

A very spicy morally grey romance novel that’s a stand alone. If you are looking for a one of a kind read this is it!

Wildfire (Maple Hills, #2) by Hannah Grace
A very cutesy romance story that is very inclusive of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ themes. A witchy book great for the upcoming fall season. Ends with a pretty decent plot twist can be slow but is a nice cozy read.
The Only Purple House in Town: Cozy Paranormal
A very spicy morally ambiguous romance book that is a start of a series. If you like dark romance this is for you.
Haunting Adeline (Cat and Mouse Duet Book 1)
A great suspense novel full of tragedy and female rage and solidarity. Who doesn’t love a story in an Italian villa.
The Villa by Rachel Hawkins
A romance book that is dark academia where the main female character is a strong willed witch fighting to regain her family legacy and gets stuck in a nasty love triangle.
Wicked Onyx (The Veritas Legacy, #1) by Debbie Cassidy
Truly a deep and intimate book about grief, loss, healing, and second chances. A wonderful book that should really be at the top of any and all reading list!
