This park is so fun to walk trails, sit by the lake, and explore in general! I like to go to this park to hammock with my friends and it is so peaceful and perfect! A great place to read books and relax!

Iowa City farmers market is a great option for your Saturday morning! Their food trucks are delicious and they have the best produce in town! The environment is so fun and they usually have live music as well which makes the market even more fun!

Though there are no beaches in Iowa, Coralville lake is a great place to go if you want to hangout outside and relax! I have gone here for many years and it’s not usually super busy, so there’s always plenty of room for everyone to hangout!

This is a great place to go for any event! The wood fired pizza is delicious and the environment is great for gatherings! This place is also not usually super crowded so you don’t feel rushed to be in and out, you can actually enjoy your time!!

This is the best pizza in the Iowa City area! It’s not greasy and has super fresh toppings! I just started going to this place and I cannot recommend it enough!
Maggie's Farm Wood-fired Pizza
This is my favorite mexican place in the area! Their queso is delicious and the service is always great! It’s a very popular mexican place so if you go at night it will be pretty loud. It is extremely worth it though!
Fiesta Mexican Restaurant
This is my favorite ramen place in the Iowa City area and I highly recommend it! The food, service, and atmosphere are amazing!!

This is a very elevated ramen restaurant and has delicious food! The atmosphere is perfect for a nicer dinner of any sort! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

This is a new restaurant in Iowa City but is SO GOOD! It gets pretty busy but the food is so worth it! The quality of food and service is top notch! Xolu is a great choice for a mexican night!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Iowa City! The coffee is sweet and creamy, and their chocolate croissants are fantastic! The price is fairly reasonable and the shop atmosphere is always great to do homework or chat with friends!

This is an Iowa City staple for ice cream! They have a homemade ice cream called “monster mash” and it is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Their atmosphere is adorable and I love to go here in the summer months!

The cutest ice cream shop in the area! They have a lot of space and great ice cream! They are family owned and so sweet every time I go here! An Iowa City classic for sure!

This is the best cafe in the area! The food is AMAZING and the drinks are always PHENOMENAL!! The cafe is the cutest setup and there’s tons of space! They can get a little busy so be patient with staff, it’s always worth it!
