All products used before or during shower to reduce the appearance of bumpy skin!
Rub the KP Body Scrub and Mask in circular motions in shower and let sit for 2 minutes before rinsing off.
Naturium KP Body Scrub & Mask, AHA BHA PHA
Wash problem areas with the CeraVe SA Body Wash daily and before using any mask and body scrub.
CeraVe Salicylic Acid Body Wash 10oz
Lather on skin before showing! This mask will work similarly to a scrub but without the rough grains that come with scrubs
Body Exfoliator 30% AHA 2% BHA Mask 250mL
Sometimes these bumps can be caused by bacteria on the skin. Use hibiclens in the shower to rid of the bacteria

Chemical peel is better than roughly scrubbing with something like a loofa
medicube Body Peel Shot Duo - Hypochlorous & Kojic Acid
This is a dandruff shampoo. Although, it can help with folliculitis. Lather on problem areas of skin and let sit for 3 minutes before rinsing it off
Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo 1% Ketoconazole
If your bumpy skin is a result of shaving, try using Nair Hair Remover instead
Veet Professional 2 Min Hair Removal Cream
Post Shower Treatment
All products below used for post showering and applied on damp skin. This is when the products penetrate the best.
I lather the urea cream and Adapalene gel (also linked below) on dewy skin after showering.
OUKEYA 40% Urea Cream for Dry Cracked Skin
Pair the Adapalene with urea cream after showering. Apply on dewy skin.
Differin Acne Retinoid Gel 0.1% Adapalene 15g
Great for when skin gets really dry
Amlactin Intensive Healing Lotion 15% Lactic Acid 7.9 oz
I use this in place of the urea cream for a lighter lotion. The urea cream tends to leave a heavier film on top since it’s deeply moisturizing.
Amlactin KP Bumps Be Gone Body Cream 3oz
Another great cream to use in place of the urea cream. This is also a lighter option, yet deeply moisturizing.
CeraVe SA Moisturizing Cream 12oz, Exfoliates & Softens
Add to a cotton ball and disperse on damp skin after showing. I recommend applying once a week or less (skin types may react differently)
The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner
Use after applying the Abi Ame body mask and showering.
ABI AME Hydrating Body Serum + Lotion 250mL
Combine with urea cream
Amlactin Intensive Healing Lotion 15% Lactic Acid 7.9 oz
