Started here because my go-to weekend jeans had a knee blowout that was growing by the day. These actually held through the wash and nobody could tell the difference from the outside.

Once I realized patches could be a style move, I stopped hiding repairs and started leaning into it. My daughter said my jeans looked cooler after, which is the highest compliment a 14-year-old gives.

Regular patches kept failing on my work jeans because I kneel, squat, and generally destroy pants for a living. These are the heavy hitters that actually lasted through rough use.

Spent my first few attempts with a regular iron on a wobbly ironing board and wondered why nothing stayed. Turns out the tools matter almost as much as the patch itself.
