We had a blast at the northern area of the Oregon Coast. If you’re headed there, here’s some favs! (Our kids are ages 5-14) We stayed in an Airbnb beach house in Rockaway beach and I’d definitely go back!

We took our kids (ages 5-14) out crabbing for the first time and it was such a blast! They’ll cook em up for you after- delish. Make sure to grab a public coast root beer too. We all got hoodies with the crab logo cuz they’re so cute 🙌🏻

Exceeded our expectations! Super cool to see the process of how it’s made and then sample cheese at the end. The gift shop it top notch too 🙌🏻

Neahkahnie Beach
Honestly a little bit underwhelming. Turns an 8 minute drive into a 30 minute train ride haha. The train is cool and old timey, but overpriced IMO

Sadly the trail was closed while we were there, but my friend said to at low tide and curve around to the right to find a waterfall.

This is the best candy shop I’ve ever been in. They have so much stuff I had never seen before and reasonable prices. Absolutely loved it.

I love to get picture books as souvenirs and this shop had some fun options.
Cannon Beach Book Company
We popped in here during the train ride stop and my 5 year old decided to use her souvenir to buy a geod to crack open. It was a fun experience!

Cutest little beach town with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Heaven waking up to that view. The house is older, but it matches the listing pics and is worth it for the location.

We’ve been to the Oregon Coast one other time. Started down at the California redwoods and made our way up to Waldport. This was a fun little old beach house we stayed in that time.
