Fellow sweaty girls check in: You have to ditch the synthetic fibers (polyester, satin) for more breathable fabrics. I promise, it’ll make you feel so much better. As a fellow sweaty girl, synthetic fibers make me feel like I’m wearing a trash bag. 😅 Plus they just hold in smells, often times even after washing. Do yourself a favor and invest in cotton and linen this summer.
