Long haul flights, especially red-eyes, can be tough if you're sensitive to lack of sleep. These tips and tools will help you feel refreshed after a long time on a plane.
Tips:
#1 - If you weren't able to choose your seat, consider buying a seat that you'll know you'll be comfy in. It'll take the stress out of getting on a long flight.
#2 - Create a mini nighttime routine at your seat. I bring my favorite tea and listen to a meditation or chill music.
Traveling is awesome but can make you feel a little off when you don't have your daily routines. Do your best to stick with them and pack the little things that make the biggest impact on your day.
