Entering the “4th Trimester” as they call it, aka.. Postpartum is no joke. With my little one coming six weeks early there were a lot of things I didn't have purchased yet, and as my body was processing all that it had been through these are the items that were late night orders from Amazon, purchases from Target, and continued research that works best for my body and I as I navigate this postpartum journey!
