items Unfortunately, I had the experience of a double mastectomy 3 years ago. I wanted to share some of the items that helped me the most. Hopefully this list will help you or a loved one through their cancer journey.
You will only need these the first few weeks after surgery to hold your drains. Hopefully not longer, hopefully. These were essential in healing. It keeps the drains bags in place.
Mastectomy Shirts V-Neck Open Front w/ Pockets
It’s always nice to have a long sleeve version of these shirts with drain pockets. It makes it so much easier to deal with having these horrible drains.
Youdiao Mastectomy Shirts Long Sleeve Zip
I would suggest having quite a few button up shirts on hand after the drains come out. Believe me, you won’t want to be putting any shirts on over your head.
