It's so good, we've been 2 times!! Our daughter loves it and Chuncheon is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Seoul. It's worth an overnight visit or 2, on your next trip to Korea.
LEGOLAND® Korea Resort (Tickets)
Great way to see the view of the lake/river and to look back on the city. Make sure to try the Dubai Cookie at Ediya Coffee at the top.
Chuncheon Samaksan Mountain Lake Cable Car
Great family activity & an even better way to see the Korean countryside. If you’ve got little ones that can’t reach the pedals, they can sit back and relax, there’s even a bubbles and disco tunnel. Yep! Dance Party 🎉
Gapyeong Rail Park (가평레일파크)
An island paradise that served as the backdrop to the movie Winter Sonata - this island has it all. Ziplining, bike riding and playgrounds. It has something for everyone!
Nami Island
Grab a coffee, relax and unwind with soulful tunes in the Soundspace while taking in the views from the floor to ceiling windows. We went during golden hour and it was lush. Must try the Creme Brûlée toast 😮💨🤤 I’d go back just for that.

MUST TRY! This is a Chuncheon local delicacy and delicious. A little bit spicy fyi for little ones but we loved when they added cheese. Omg to die for 🤤🤤
Chuncheon Myeongdong Dakgalbi Street (춘천 명동 닭갈비 골목)
If you’re staying at Jackson9’s, this park is across the road. A great park to checkout, and leads down on to a river walk/cycleway.
Gongjicheon Sculpture Park (공지천 조각공원)
Hire a donut boat for an hour and head out on the river for a gentle cruise. Bring drinks and snacks and you’re set. Our daughter loved driving the boat!
Ethiopia Boat, Hirable Donut Boats
This is the PERFECT way to see the entire area while getting the heart racing. My husband and I did this and wished we could do it again. It was a tonne of fun way to get on to the island, with the ferry home.
Nami Skyline Zipwire - ZipRider
We came here when it started raining (a good indoor activity). Learn more about Chuncheon during the Joseon era and it's natural wonders like the lake and river.

The Venezia Suite Hotel, Chuncheon
A great hotel choice if you want to be close to Legoland but opting not to stay at the resort. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there, but they made up for it with an arcade room, close proximity to the skybridge & water sports spot...
