I’ve used these places for years, and I’m sure most of them you’ve heard of! But just in case, I’ve laid them out for you to check out as well!

Listen, the 2020s have NOT been kind, and 2025 has its own challenges. These games are sure to bring that anxiety down to a chill level and let you just tune out the rest of the world. Use these cozy games to relax and immerse yourself into a relaxing (sometimes) session of gaming! I have played a majority of the games listed here, and the ones I haven’t come highly recommended from close friends who have also had a stressful year. Video games alone are a great medium to escape into, but some are so geared towards peace and being stress-free that they melt your own personal stress away. Check these out!

2025 was a banger of a year for excellent video game experiences. And it wasn’t even the big name companies you’d expect to see. There were so many pleasant surprises, it really felt like a special year. I, and quite a few buddies, have created this curated selection of the best games of 2025 you need to play at some point. Whether it be RPG’ing it up in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (my personal GOTY), chilling with Powerwash Simulator 2 or partying and dodging through Khazan: The First Berserker, check out this list. Also, keep in mind, I typically try to put places other than Amazon for these video game deals (they’re usually cheaper or on some sort of sal in comparison) but I cannot guarantee the link provided is the current lowest price.

I may have grown up on Nintendo, but I find myself fortunate enough to have a console representative of each main branch of gaming - Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and Steam Deck. However, accessories are always updating, changing, improving (sometimes) or going on sale…how can someone keep track of it all?! Leave it to me! I’ll show you some of the gear I have and use as well as some accessories recommended to me by people I trust in the industry.
