you will most likely get one of these from the hospital however any type of peri bottle is so nice to have when showering PP!

Postpartum Spray: Instant Relief for Discomfort
As nice as the disposable underwear are, I got overstimulated having so much going on down there between the underwear and HUGE pads - I bought these instead and they are SO comfortable and are perfect for that heavy bleeding.
