the best farmers market in the CR area!!!! usually every other saturday from May-September, with market after dark usually late August!! <3
Cedar Rapids Farmer's Market
a great place to hang out with a trail to walk your pup on, a small creek to fish and a big playground for your babies!!! in the summer, there’s even a splash pad!!!
Thomas Park
I love going here for a more chill atmosphere - usually once a month during the summer time!!!
Uptown Marion Market
can take you right to thomas park!!!! the views are great!
Boyson Trail
another great trail for outdoor fun!!

amazing, different food and such a cool atmosphere! you can sit in a booth that's also whiskey barrels!!!
the hip-stir
located in downtown cedar rapids, it's a smaller place that has amazing food and a great outdoor spot you can bring your pup too! there's also a little ice cream place attached that if you're of age, you can get some boozy ice cream!!!
LP - Street Food
a yummy Mexican place that has it all - breakfast, lunch and dinner!! the inside is SO cute too
CaFé Tacuba
another great authentic hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Marion!!! sooo good.
Eva's Mexican Restaurant
their crab Rangoons are to DIE FOR. Amazing Thai food and so friendly!
NaRa Thai
blink and you'll miss it!! this cute little restaurant in downtown cedar rapids has some of the best food and some amazing poutine fries!! it's small, but mighty!
The Map Room
a great place to eat and bring your pup to the patio!!
Parlor City Pub & Eatery
if you're a deep dish lovin' person, this is the place to go! though you'll probably need to get there right when it opens!!! the line is usually out the door to wait, especially in the summer and on the weekends!!!

sooo cute inside and has the best coffees! they always have flights for each season and you can get any of the coffees on the flights as a regular drink too!!
Stillwater Coffee Company
a book store AND coffee shop!? could you ask for anything better??? my son loved it as there is a small children's section that he was able to read and play at!!!

cozy by day, party by night!! a place that sells donuts, coffee and at night is a hoppin' scene for drinks and fun with your favorite people!
