Miracles from Heaven: A Little Girl's Journey

These are general good reads, and a lot of these are eventually made into movies. As is usually the case, you get more out of the book than the movie, but I like to watch the movies as well.

Science Fiction
Science fiction. old and new, that I have read, and followed along with as they contributed to Science Fiction as we know it today.
With the release of the 2025 War of the Worlds movie, I keep thinking of the original. H.G. Wells wrote the book when there were no computers, cell phone, nothing. It was a fascinating read, considering when it was written. I would never have guessed...

Chef Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen

Justin Wilson Looking Back: A Cajun Cookbook
Another great cookbook from Justin. He was as much an entertainer, as he was a good cook. While simple compared to other chefs, he helps you produce the flavors of Louisiana in your own kitchen.
