These are all products I have tried and love. I have sensitive teeth, and I have found these all to be gentle and thorough options. I recommend these to my patients as well!
I love the Boka brand toothpaste! It has nano hydroxyapetite which is the mineral your teeth are made of! If you’ve struggled with toothpaste that feels too harsh, Boka is worth trying. This is one of my top favorites

I have added this toothpaste to my oral care routine because I love how fresh and clean it makes my entire mouth feel. This toothpaste is amazing. It helps balance the mouth bacteria to help the gums feel healthier and lessen the tartar buildup!

These are some of my favorites to use in order to make my mouth feel extra fresh and clean. Water pik’s in particular are great for those who have braces, bridges, and crowns. And everyone should be scraping their tongue daily!
I have this water pik, and I really love it. I recommend this to anyone but it is especially helpful to those with braces, bridges, gum disease and more!

I have incredibly sensitive teeth, and these are the at-home whitening stripes I have found that do not cause my teeth to feel more sensitive. They give great results!
