As a mother of 2.5, these are the things I’ve found essential. Diapers can go in the trash, wipes don’t need to be warmed (you wont be having warm wipes in town on the changing table), babies like different nipples and binkys (its a trial and error thing), everyone and their dog will bring you blankets, you car seat and stroller depend on your life style.. and everything else is take it or leave it.
We are a traveling family. While I understand that bed sharing isn’t the safest way, it is the most versatile way when traveling. I was sober, baby in a sleep sack, and no blankets. Loved this piece and will use it for every child
