My regular shampoo and conditioner is the Matrix Food For Soft line. These leave my hair hydrated and soft to the touch.

I use this once a week and mix it with my conditioner. Helps hydrate dry hair! It says for fine to medium hair, but I have no issues with this as someone with thicker hair.

I use this every other wash. Clarifying shampoo is important for any hair type to remove buildup and help cleanse the scalp and hair! If my hair has a lot of buildup, sweaty, or has been in the pool I use this as well.
