I bought a pair of these in black and brown and brought both of them with. These worked out great for me with the weather we had when we went. If you plan on visiting Iceland, you need to bring a pair of waterproof or water-resistant pants.

Bring a swimsuit for any spas or lagoons you may visit!

Ekra Glacier Lagoon
One of my favorite stays on our trip. The sweetest hosts ever! They even serve waffles with fresh rhubarb jab and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!

This was where we stayed on our first night in Iceland. The spa and fitness areas were so nice!
Grandi by Center Hotels Reykjavik
We stayed here on our very last night in Iceland! We decided we deserved to treat ourselves. The fitness area was very clean and the spa was phenomenal!

My top recommendations for food! Majority of the time we actually stopped at gas stations on our road trip through the country. Their gas stations are very nice and have plenty of decent food options, too!
The coolest farm-to-table restaurant I’ve ever been to! Such neat and fresh dishes. I even had a tomato iced coffee!

A must try - I’ve never had a hotdog quite like this.

Such a fun place to grab dinner with friends. So many different cuisines to choose from!

On the smaller side so not many options. I did have the best shawarma wrap though!

A once in a lifetime experience! The crew was so knowledgeable and kind. We even got coffee and cookies on our way back to the harbor. :)
Keli Sea Tours - Whale Watching Akureyri
If you want to try out somewhere other than the Blue Lagoon, head here! Such a great experience – highly recommend doing the ritual!
