Disposable underwear
These will save you in the first week or two. Comfy and disposable
These are by far my number one recommendation when it comes to disposable underwear. They are so soft, so comfortable, and form to your postpartum body without constricting. Literally feel bad when you have to throw it out, they’re that good.
These are great because they have a lining like a built in pad! These are great for when the bleeding slows and you don’t need as much protection.
Always Discreet
These are another great comfortable option! Soft and have the lining built in so you don’t have to mess with a pad too.
Rael period underwear
Down there care
This is a must. You’ll most likely get a bottle at the hospital, but it’s a need for sure. You don’t want to overuse it. But that first week this will save you!
Dermoplast
This stuff is magic! I swear it helped me heal quicker. It helps cool things down and ease the pain. A little goes a long way so the bottle lasts!
Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam
These are a great option too! If the foam option doesn’t seem appealing, these are a perfect alternative!
Witch Hazel Pads for Postpartum: The Complete Guide
An ice pack sounds weird to use, but it helps with the healing and swelling so much! However, you don’t want to use them longer than about 24 hours postpartum. But that first day or two these are magic and help so much.
Walgreens Perineal Instant Cold Maxi Pads
The perfect peri bottle! The angle on the top makes use so much easier to use.
Upside Down Peri Bottle – Frida | The fuss stops here.
When you’re more healed, this is the best natural foaming cleanser to use! It’s no harsh chemicals or soap but the perfect refresh.
Rael gentle foaming wash
The best pads to use in that first week postpartum! Pair it with the disposable underwear and it’s the perfect comfortable combo.

Love these flushable wipes! They are a must for easier cleanup in those beginning postpartum stages. So much better than toilet paper, doesn’t leave behind those pesky fuzzies.
