Cast iron is my #1 choice in cookware and bake ware! They do take a bit more work to maintain. But it's well worth it. You do need to make sure they don't come pre-seasoned, otherwise you need to strip them and re-season yourself.

Clay is another natural alternative for cookware and bakeware. If it's pure clay with no added coatings, then it's usually pretty safe. I still prefer seeing third-party testing for extra pre-caution. The ones I list here are crunchy mom approved!
