Elbow pads for the beginners or risk takers AND downhill park riders!
Knee Pads for the downhill park rider, or risk taker or to give you that CONFIDENCE that you need! No shame in this game!
If you are running tires with TUBES, grab a Presta Valve hand pump that fits in your backpack! (for new bikes; older bikes may require a Shrader valve pump)
This is definitely an EXTRA / NICE to have, NOT a necessity.

Some of these have caffeine and other flavors don't. These are what helps me when I'm so tired and need that quick energy boost to get me through to the end of the trail! Small form factor in your bag and won't melt! I love them!

Corporate Chain store but if you want Trek, this is a one stop shop for accessories and the bike shop repair is amazing. They support the local NICA race teams at our school also!
