in my opinion the only thing that matters while chosing the right shoes for volleyball is the anke support. so these are my personal favorite
Get fit, light weight and I love the gel bottom. I don’t feel like the shoe sticks to the outside court surface and they are comfortable for indoor courts as well.

if you want to jump higher of course you need to do exercises for hamstrigs but with these insoles you can jump even higher. once i discover these my spike improved a lot
