Perfumes, lotions, and scents that feel like my second skin. The everyday spritzes and staples that set the vibe.
The cashmere vanilla is my go to "relaxing" / bedtime scent. I read somewhere that using a nighttime scent, helps your brain recognize when it's supposed to sleep - so I'm not sure if it's true or placebo... but I do it and like it!

A nighttime routine of spraying this on my bedding, while getting ready for bed, then lightly in my hair when braiding it to go to sleep. Such a warm and cozy nighttime option!

I am a wash my hair daily girly, but I do have a rotation of products I use depending on what my hair needs. This is my conditioner for nearly every shower, unless I need to drown my hair in uber hydration, this keeps my hair silky soft and healthy!
