This is in the Southern part of the state. This is an easy short loop. Handicap accessible. There is a nice dog park here too.

Ninigret Park
Big park with walking trails, places to picnic, horse trails. Lots of grassy areas if you just want to put out a chair and read.
Goddard Memorial State Park
Lovely park by the ocean! Plenty of walking to be done. Grassy areas. Picnic spots.
Colt State Park
The bike path is long and can get picked up in multiple places. You can access from the Amtrak train station in Kingston but the path is very long so check out other places for easy access.
South County Bike Path - Rhode Island Department of Transportation
One the largest ponds in RI. Lovely place. In summer there’s a public beach (small fee). Trail goes around pond. Large campground too.
