Larrabee State Park
Really nice beach that isn't too crowded. You do have to cross the road and then railroad tracks.
Teddy Bear Cove — Washington Trails Association
Quiet beach with nice views. Parking is limited here but it's a short walk from a neighborhood street. Train tracks go across the bay. Nice place to kayak or paddle board. Bring boots though, the sand is really muddy and you will get stuck.

Park on Lake Whatcom. Gets windy in the afternoon but a nice spot to swim

Oysters, seafood and an amazing view right on the water. Parking can be hard when crowded.

Awesome museum of machines from all the decades. Super cool to see how technology progressed. Flat rate to go here and it's all open play. Worth the visit, there's lots of great food around too. Vegetarian pizza!

Best late night Chinese food spot in Seattle. They are open past the bars and is a staple spot for food before heading home.
