I ordered $200 in bras trying to find anything that didn't hurt my incisions. Start with bras really big while you are swollen and start moving the size down as you heal
I bought a small pack of L, XL, and XXL and used each size at different times depending on swelling. These were most comfortable after about a week post op - I ended 6 weeks post op wearing a M size
Evercute Zip Front Post-Surgery Wireless Bra
almost exactly the same as the other bras but with adjustable straps. I would get these once you are mostly healed and not as swollen so you can adjust the straps to your needs and you continue to reduce swelling

If your doctor uses glue and you’re dr has cleared you… once the glue starts to flake off petroleum jelly really helps with the glue coming off and not re-sticking to you in uncomfortable spots
